System Usage Reporting

RF19: View Simple System Usage Statistics.

Applicable roles: Registered User, Organisation Member, Metadata Editor, Metadata Publisher, NSIF Reviewer, CSI Reviewer, Portal Content Manager, and System Administrator  

Procedure:

To view the usage statistics of the site, select your username on the top right-hand side of the page to expand a menu. Select ‘Usage Statistics'.

This option allows you to view the top-rated metadata records, the largest groups, the top tags and, the users that have created the most records.

Expected results: Registered users of the system shall be able to visualise simple usage statistics in the portal.

RF20: View Granular Statistics on System Usage and Data.
